5000 SERIES STEEL REPLICA WINDOWS
Our Steel Replica Series is an ultra-narrow sightline window system with a clean putty bead profile that is maintained throughout the entire window frame and muntin grid system and replicates the aesthetics of historical steel windows. Rather than a true steel window system, our thermally broken aluminum window system is able to intergrade with insulated glass units (IGU) which delivers a higher level of energy efficiency. This allows our clients to replicate a historic industrial steel window aesthetics without sacrificing modern energy efficiency requirements.
Available as a fixed, casement, or awning style window with each style having the option to be combined with a custom design of your choosing. All of our windows are manufactured and assembled in the USA.

With a thermally broken 3.25 deep frame, this series achieves an AAMA architectural window (AW) performance rating.

Standard finish is a 2604 50% Kynar 2-coat in black.

Corner joints are cut and assembled with precision via our custom punch press and die cut machines.

External profiled muntin grids are mechanically fastened to the frame and sash rather than tape-applied to the surface of the glass for longevity and ease of maintenance.

Unique capability to directly fasten and anchor the window frame from the interior side with an integrated putty bead snap cover for a fast and clean installation. Fastening points are predrilled and countersunk in our facility.

Capable of housing ¼” single pane glass, double pane 1” IGU or triple pane 1” IGU.

High-quality stainless-steel hinges, custom hinges, and white bronze hardware imported from overseas.
8000 SERIES COMMERCIAL GRADE WINDOWS
This series is our standard heavy commercial-grade (CW) performance aluminum window. All windows in this series are constructed from thermally broken aluminum extrusions and are able to integrate with insulated glass units (IGU) which delivers a higher level of energy efficiency. We have a wide range of exterior panning trim shapes to choose from. If we don’t have a close enough match, we can design and create a new panning shape to help you achieve historic approval. Available as a fixed, double hung, 2 lite or 3 lite slider, with each style having the option to be combined into a custom design of your choosing. Custom arches are available to both the fixed and double hung windows, while full circle windows are available for the fixed window only. All windows are manufactured and assembled in the USA.

This series is our sleek 2” performance commercial aluminum window. All windows in this series are constructed from thermally broken aluminum extrusions and is able to integrate with insulated glass units (IGU) which delivers a higher level of energy efficiency. The aesthetic of this series provides a simple flat face with clean lines for an appealing modern industrial appearance. Available as a fixed,hopper (project-in), casement, and awning (project-out) with each style having the option to be combined into a custom design of your choosing. Custom arches and circle layouts are available for the fixed window. All windows are manufactured and assembled in the USA.
